| Cream ale, light in flavor, color and aroma. Cream ales are mild and light bodied with no hop aroma and very little hop flavor. |
A medium bodied ale with a malty caramel flavor with little hop character. Very smooth and flavorful. |

| A light to medium bodied porter, dark brown in color with a ruby red hue. Flavors of chocolate and roasted coffee. |
An American style pale ale. Golden in color with a high hop bitterness and flavor. A touch of floral hop essence in the aroma. |

| Our special holiday spiced beer. Spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and our special secret spice ingredient. This subtle blend of spices adds to the flavor of the malt and hops to create a unique and delicious holiday treat. |
A medium bodied lager with a toasted malty flavor. Märzen style beers have a clean mild hop bitterness and no hop aroma. Deep copper in color. |

A full bodied, malty sweet lager with a higher alcohol content. This German style beer has a deep amber color and was Traditionally brewed to sustain the monks during their Lenten and Advent fasts. |
Our American style unfiltered wheat beer is a light bodied straw colored ale and has a refreshing crisp flavor and extremely smooth body. |

| A light to medium bodied lager that is golden straw in color with a medium hop bitterness and a low hop aroma. This beer is brewed in the classic European style and aged for 2 months. |
A full-bodied strong ale brewed with raisins and finished with dark Bing cherries. The raisins give this high alcohol brew an almost port character with a hint of cherries in the finish. |

| This medium bodied honey brown ale was originally brewed in celebration of the new millenium. It's brewed with local mesquite honey for a unique Southwest flavor. |
Amber to brown in color, strong ales are full bodied with a malty sweetness and higher alcohol content. Fruity esters contribute to the aroma and flavor. The hops balance nicely with the malt making this a delicious beer. |

Countdown Honey Brown is the winner of the BRONZE medal in the Specialty Honey Lagers or Ales Category at the 2000 Great American Beer Festival. |

An American style light beer. Our all malt version (no rice or corn added) of this American classic is light bodied, light colored and very refreshing. Better than Bud, Miller, and Coors combined. |
E.S.B. or Extra Special Bitter, is really a misnomer because bitters are not really bitter at all. Extra Special Bitters have a little more hops than the regular `bitter' style of beer. The color is deep amber and the hops are balanced by the malt to create a smooth and wonderful brew. |

The Granddaddy of Pale Ales, this style got its start as a special brew for English soldiers living in India. Our IPA is a medium bodied ale, with a light copper color characterized by an intense hop flavor, with a full flowery hop aroma and higher alcohol content. |

| This beer moves so fast we can't keep up with it. Medium bodied and mildly hopped with a nice copper red color and a bold malty finish. |
Cool and blue just like a glacier, this wheat beer is not overpowering or sweet. The aroma and color come from hundreds of pounds of blueberries. The result is a beautiful balance between berries and beer. |

| Rauchbier is a classic German style that originated in Bamberg. Traditionally brewed with malt that's been smoked over a hardwood fire, preferably beechwood. The smoke character adds a mild and unique flavor to the beer. |
Russian Imperial Stouts were originally brewed for export to the Royal Court of Russia where they were enjoyed by Catherine the Great. Ours has a rich intense maltiness with black currant, toffee and dark roasted malt flavors. The higher alcohol content is sure to warm you up from the inside out. |

| Our Oatmeal stout is a wonderful surprise. It's very smooth, not heavy and has a full coffee chocolate-like flavor. We serve this beer under nitrogen from our nitro taps to ensure that cap of thick creamy foam. |

| Brown in color, our nut brown ale is brewed with a touch of roasted malts to impart a nutty chocolate flavor. This beer has a nice maltiness and is spiced with just enough hops. |
A filtered American style wheat beer. Rockslide is pale in color as a barley field in the morning sun and has a crisp, dry, light and refreshing flavor. Brewed in the traditional style using at least 50% wheat malt and the rest barley malt. This beer is carefully crafted with a subtle hopping rate. |

| TCB'S true American style dark wheat beer. It has all of the characteristics of a wheat beer, light, refreshing and flavorful, in combination with the chocolate flavors and aromas from the roasted malts. |
The Barleywine style obtained its name by being a beer brewed of wine strength. TCB'S is deep copper colored and full bodied. Old Pueblo Barleywine is intensely malty with a complex fruity-ester character, balanced by a healthy hoppiness and high alcohol content. |
